Bramble knows hundreds of stories and delights in reteeling them beneath the starry sky or beside a crackling fire. He often quotes old sayings and has a big, booming laugh. His favorite phrase is, "Ah, yes. That reminds me of a story..."
Thistle - The Winged Mischief Maker
Thistle is a fairy with shimmering dragonfly wings and hair like tumbleweed. She leaves trails of glitter wherever she goes and is known for popping in and out of sight mid sentence. Thistle is the spark of Maple Hollow, always asking questions, dancing in the dewdrops, and hiding tiny surprises in hollow tree stumps. She adores riddles, pressed flowers, and children's laughter. Thistle often leaves special notes or gifts in each letter like little whispers of magic just for you.
Ash - The Wanderer of the Woodpaths
Ash is a clever and kind hearted boy with pockets full of pebbles and a notebook full of questions. He's Maple's dearest friend and often joins her on a story gathering stroll through the Hollow. Junie - The Playful Chipmunk
Junie is a whirlwind of giggles, acorns, and cartwheels. she is tiny but fearless, often found swinging from vines or convincing Bramble to play hide and seek. Junie collects shiny things, pebbles with faces, and pine cones shaped like hearts. She's mischievous but kind, and her affection is as quick as her scampering feet. Her joy is contagious, and her drawings of the Hollow (in crayon, of course) are legendary.
Buzzly - The Busy Bee
Buzzly zips from blossom to blossom with a notebook strapped to her back and an eye on everything happening in the Hollow. She's cheerful, chatty, and extremely organized. Her hive is filled with scrolls, maps, and checklists. Buzzly loves teamwork and finds joy in the smallest details, like a particularly lovely dandelion or the just right crunch of toast. She's the Hollow's unofficial schedule keeper and always hums while she works.
Clover - The Genlte Watcher
Clover is quiet, perceptive, and deeply rooted in the rhythm of the forest. A confident deer with soft moss colored eyes, he collects feathers, acorns, and poems. He listens more than she speaks and paints the seasons in a little journal he ties around his neck. Clover is the one who notices the tiny buds before it blooms, or the sadness behind someone's smile. His presence is grounding and deeply reassuring.
Snip - Maple Hollow's Postmaster Extraordinaire
A slightly frazzled, overworked garden snail who takes his job very seriously (and very slowly). With a mailbag made of leaves and buttons, and a tiny pair of spectacles perched on his wiggly nose, Snip handles all the things delivery, announcements, and important updates about magical mail. Though he sometimes mixes up flower petals with paperclips, his heart is in the right place and he's absolutely delighted to keep families in the loop about story drops, surprise arrivals and Thistle's latest glitter mishaps.
